Lenny is a Dutch singer-songwriter who has performed since her debut in 1967. She has written and performed songs in many languages, though mainly in Dutch and French.
In 1969 she was one of the four artists who shared the victory in Eurovision Song Contest, with her song "De Troubadour". She had composed the song herself, and the lyrics were written by David Hartsema.
In 1982 Lenny was host of the Nationaal Songfestival.
